| Guangdong 2004 Auto Expo includes two
events, namely Guangdong International Auto Exhibition and Trade Fair
and Guangdong Auto Expo. The show receives tremendous support from
China Machinery and Equipment (Group) Company, Guangdong Provincial
Economic and Trade Commission, Dongguan City Government. It will be
held from September 30 to October 5 in GDE and the size will reach
60,000 square meters.
73444 cars were newly registered in Dongguan from January to November in the Year 2003. The total number of automobile owned by Dongguan household tops at 937,000. By Average, 26 cars are owned in every 100 household in Dongguan. Dongguan surpass all the other cities in Guangdong province in term of household cars. In the Year 2003, Guangdong International Auto Exhibition and Trade Fair and Guangdong Auto Expo attract wide attention from the pubic, government sector and the media as well respectively. In Year 2004, the two events join hands and bring out the Guangdong 2004 Auto Expo, which is going to the most influential event in South China automobile industry.
